And AdwCleaner is coming up with this same PUP once again. Cleaned it, reboot the computer was nice and quiet for like 15 minutes before the fans ramped right back up with the CPU going to 100%.
I just ran AdwCleaner, and it popped up with 3 results, and. I can surf the web during this high period, with some lag, but pages load. I've let the computer run with the fan at the high CPU thinking maybe its Windows update, but having it go for an hour or more seems excessive. Now I'm experiencing the same thing again, and the symptoms come and go, there will be days were it runs hard, than days where it is quiet as a cat. I had someone help me, but after a few scans, the result was a clean bill of health and that I should switch over to FireFox, which I did.
